DirecSource has its own office in Dong Guan City, China with a staff of 20 highly qualified people who have product, engineering and quality assurance experience that enables us to source the right manufacturers to serve our customers’ needs. We pride ourselves on having selected highly personnel who have backgrounds in quality control, product knowledge and project management. We also have U.S. offices located in Southern California, Denver, Atlanta and Anniston, Alabama that provide oversight of your project and provide a direct contact that will be there throughout the process to make sure we work through any issues that may come up, meet our commitments and partner with you to provide the quality you specified.

With over 15 years of experience working the Asian market we have a clear understanding of how important it is to take the information we gather from our clients and utilize that information to source the right manufacturer for your product. Each of our customers is assigned a dedicated Project Manager in our Asian office who insures that the materials meet established standards and the manufacturing process in the factory is monitored on a daily basis until completion. We have a professional laboratory in our Dong Guan City office that will do post product inspections on a specified percentage of finished products to guarantee standards are met prior to hand over to our customer.
